While I'm a couple weeks behind in getting this started, I am very excited to get back to podcasting! I'm using the page I set up for a previous project and keeping those episodes live for a bit while I build up my new passion project.
This week I outline what 25 in 25 is and what it means to me. I talk about the goals and intentions I have for my next 365 days as well as go in depth with each of my goals and things I want to accomplish.

This week Bryttni opens up about her journey and relationship with food. After feeling down about herself the last couple of months, Bryttni decided opening up about how she's been feeling might help her take some of the power back. Hello! I'm finally back from the hiatus that I took without announcing. There are tons of exciting things happening in 2022 with this podcast and my life.
