Meg is a motivational speaker, trauma specialist, shamanic practitioner, recovery coach, and yoga instructor. She has 15 years of experience guiding women to find their authentic selves and live life to the fullest. She uses heart-centered coaching and embodiment practices to help increase your capacity to keep commitments to yourself, create more intimacy with others, and feel a sense of empowerment that leads to a life of fulfillment. After years of providing social work services to underprivileged communities, she is currently working towards her master's to become a licensed mental health counselor. Her mission is to inspire and motivate women to fully embrace and celebrate their uniqueness and to empower them to live life on purpose, with clarity, confidence, and connection.
