Accessing the ability to detach from control and what we think we should be doing and instead just being with what is required in the moment ie. space to work or be with kids. #newleveloftrust

~ mum guilt and overwhelm city

~ the more we disconnect from social media, the more money we make. 

~ that balance is BS

~ allowing it all to slow down and the triggers that come with that
