Our mission is to be able to provide flexible jobs for women and the importance of embracing the skills and experiences that professionals bring to the table.

Fueled by the desire to solve the problem of women being pushed out of the workforce to raise their children, Ashley & Leah founded Prowess Project to provide jobs just like that to empower women. They wanted to match accomplished professionals with companies who valued their skills and also recognized the importance of work-life balance.
