After last week's incredibly optimistic show, it was only right that West Ham returned to form and lost 2-0 at Cardiff City. 

Sometimes it's easy to forget that we're West Ham fans; we're not allowed nice things, which is why tend to lose these games.

With all that mind, and with their feet back firmly on the ground, James Jones and Will Pugh spent most of this show moaning and groaning about how this so-called big team mentality just isn't working.

The lads also discuss Andy Carroll's future, Declan Rice's England call-up, season ticket price rises and loads more. John Moncur also joined them on the phones to give his views on the current goings-on.
