Today’s guest is ex professional rugby player turned mind and movement mentor, Richie Norton.

It was an injury that brought a sudden end to Richie’s professional rugby career, which led him to discover the joy of breathwork, yoga and nutrition. He built ​The Strength Temple, an environment that not only motivates, but empowers individuals to challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way. ‘Your life does not get better by chance,’ he says. ‘It gets better by change.’

Richie is also the author of Lift Your /vibe, a best-selling book about simple to follow daily rituals designed to lower stress levels, clear headspace, increase energy and improve sleep. Richie believes that no matter how busy you are, you can – and should – always take care of your body and mind.
