As we set out on the season to be FREE, we start with the

overview of the 5 Steps to Trigger Work. This week Kristina gives a high level

of these steps as outlined in the book, “From Triggered to Tranquil” by Susan

Campbell, PhD. This is the framework that will be used to continue through this

journey of healing and better self-understanding. Naturally these steps are

interdependent, so working on one area will naturally bring gains to all areas

and it also enhances a deeper and more intimate relationship with oneself. It

is official … we are on the journey of self-discovery, self-love, and healing

through understanding our own trigger responses.
