We talk about Mrs. Hauge’s personal and professional journey in deciding to integrate SEL, movement, and mindfulness  into her middle school English classroom. We also discuss her experiences using a variety of SEL and mindfulness resources and strategies with her learners. She shares her perceptive on how SEL, movement, and mindfulness in the classroom has influenced her interactions with learners and their classroom climate and culture towards learning, self-awareness, and self-regulation.
