Relationships with the most important people in our lives are affected by our expectations, interpretations, and history. Ultimately, it's about reclaiming the power over your thoughts and beliefs, allowing you to live a life that is true to your values and aspirations, rather than being dictated by past experiences or others’ behaviors.
