Happy New Year friends! Today on the show I finish up the chapter that I began reading from last week and then we shift into New Year awareness with a little exercise designed perfectly for the slow wintery introspective time that we are in. It's called the Wheel of Life and it takes us through an inventory of our life so that we can pause and reflect and live life more consciously. This exercise is perfectly aligned with this Friday's Full Moon Astrology which I share briefly from Tanaaz's blog Forever Conscious.
