This week, I'm talking about a situation that deeply disappointed me, where I was not able to have a conversation in the heat of the moment and time smoothed it over. I still held myself accountable to the fact that I wanted to have a discussion and this is my reflection on Walnut Communication after the fact, when emotions have simmered down and it is easier to simply sweep things under the rug.
