Real estate investor located in New Jersey but own all properties (except 1) outside the state.  He bought his first property in Huntsville, Alabama 5 years ago and continued to buy until the market there exploded.  He then built a team in the Pittsburgh, PA area and have scaled the units to 110 total.  He also bought in Erie, PA, the Poconos and Toledo, Ohio.
