Some days are tough and it's easy to fall into the hole of negative thinking. I know, I used to think really negatively ALL THE TIME. But enter into my sphere, affirmations. These positive thoughts have helped turn my mental health around. That's why I'm bringing them into these short meditations. Because we just need a reminder that everything is going to be ok.
