1. Act of the mind which holds what is false to be true and vice versa.

2. State of a person who is mistaken.

As we are all human and we all do, I believe that making a mistake, understanding why we made this mistake, how not to repeat it and learn a lesson from it, are 'necessary evils'.

And because a repeated mistake then becomes a decision, Jonathan and I try to demystify what is a mistake and how can we learn from it!
