LinkedIn can be one of the most impactful tools to be used with your job search.  It can also be a black hole that you waste your time with.  I always coach all of my clients to follow a process of:

1.  Be Known (connect with your target market)

2.  Be Liked (engage with your audience / network and cultivate relationships)

3.  Be Trusted (when you post content consistently that connects with people in your network, it builds trust in you and your expertise)

4.  Be Hired (you will never worry about where your next job will come from)

If you leverage LinkedIn with this mindset, it will shift how you navigate your day to day activities and help you find your ideal job faster.  Sometimes it will take a little time to build traction, but it is worth it.
