#26 Fasted Cardio

In this episode, I explain what fasted cardio is and what some of the research has shown about the effect working out hungry has on weight loss. 

Fasted cardio refers to this idea of exercising on an empty stomach. You don't eat overnight obviously because you are sleeping and then you skip your breakfast to go workout. It is often thought this can help with fat loss, though the research doesn't point in the same direction.
