Have you been in a cycle of restriction, dieting and at a battle with your body? I used to have many days that food was my comfort and emotional eating was my normal! I hit rock bottom and woke up! I woke up to the fact that I was choosing to use food as my drug and numb out on it! If you are choosing food as well, I want to help you create new outlets when stress, sadness, boredom, and loneliness hit that doesn't involve food if you are ready for that vicious cycle to end!
