Welcome to the last episode of 2021! Today we're talking about how to set yourself up to reach your weight loss goals in 2022 (in a way where you get to keep the results!) Specifically we're discussing HOW you're setting goals, and why most people do it wrong. Too many of us set grand New Year's resolutions that we never achieve because we're simply not thinking long-term. Let's make a pact that this kind of short-term thinking ends now.

This year, make a point to set goals with the journey in mind - don't just focus on the destination. We talk you through exactly WHY this is important, and how you can get started to set yourself up for success in the coming year.
