It's been just under a year since Sydona last recorded, but she’s back now and wanted to share with you all the knowledge she’s gained in that time. For instance, she’s started her nutritional therapy practitioner certification and gained a better appreciation of the emotional aspects of healing. She’s also come to recognize how our relationship with ourselves affects our physical health, such as how suppressing emotions and not taking time to heal can leave our body with little energy for an optimal immune system and hormones. Additionally, she’s learned how holding onto anger or trauma from a traumatic event can keep us stuck in that fight or flight mode. Sydona is back. And she’s better than EVER!
