It was such a pleasure talking to Doc and his lovely lady Michelle. Doc is a good man, that has served his county for many years as an armed forces medic and is now serving the community by changing people's lives through coaching, bodybuild competition pre, and general health and wellness. He has so much knowledge and integrity I'm glad to call him a friend.
