Losing weight is a trigger for me. All my life, people have put my worth on if I was losing weight and I always wanted to make them happy. At 43 years old, on my non diet culture mentality fitness journey, losing weight can be a trigger for me to relive those feelings of not feeling good enough unless I am losing weight.
