Spring is such a beautiful time of year to practice mindfulness! In this episode we will be talking about some ways we can practice more mindfulness in spring in order to take in all of the changes that subtly happen throughout this season. Spring can come and go in the blink of an eye. Practicing mindfulness can help us notice and enjoy all that is happening in nature as we move through this season. If you like to journal, I will also be offering some prompts that you can write and reflect on towards the end of the episode! I can't wait to celebrate spring with you!
