Today I talk all about SIGNS -- or messages from loved ones who have passed.
Julia Louis-Dreyfus talked about signs on her podcast "Wiser Than Me" (the episode with Isabel Allende), and she said: "even if it isn't a sign -- which I would like to believe that it is -- even if it isn't, to think of it as a sign is okay...it is an affirmation of the mystery of life."
That's how I like to think about signs too. There's so much we don't know about the universe, that I can't definitively say whether they're real or not real. But I choose to believe that they're real, because it comforts me, and makes me feel connected to people I love who have passed.
SO on today's episode, I read an excerpt that I wrote about a very meaningful sign I felt I received from my friend Lauren.
If you've received a sign, or want to talk about signs, please reach out to me! I'd love to hear about it!
