Stop it. Stop it right now. Humans stress out wayyy too much. I get it, we have so much to do and it feels like we can never get it done! Guess what, it's not the end of the world if you can't. We stress about work, errands, people, to the point where we actually mess with our health.
This is why being taking a PAUSE, meditating, breathing is so important. It allows us to stop and realize that we have been running on auto-pilot trying to do way too much. Life is not supposed to be about stress stress stress and outworking each other. It's about living intentionally, enjoying our day to day and creating success in the process.
