In this video I share with you 26 yoga poses I don’t do anymore. This video is honestly quite embarrassing. I couldn’t believe that there are over 20 poses that have been dropped from my yoga practice and yoga teaching over the last 25 years. This video opened my eyes to some of the trends in yoga as well as why they got dropped in the first place. It has me thinking about some of the ways that I can reintroduce the yoga poses that I actually love and find value in.
