This practice honors the wisdom of your body’s natural rhythms, allowing you to lay down the day’s burdens and receive the profound support of the Earth and stars that are already holding you.

Bedtime is a sacred, liminal threshold where your body, mind, and spirit become deeply receptive. If you’re in the middle of a headache or migraine, this class is for you. As someone who experiences them weekly, I know how exhausting and overwhelming they can feel. I also know that most yoga classes marketed for headaches simply aren’t doable when you're actually in it. That’s why I created this minimal-cue restorative yoga class — a quiet, prop-supported practice designed to meet you exactly where you are, without asking anything of you.

You’ll remain in inclined, supported positions to reduce head pressure, with optional extras like a heating pad for your neck and shoulders, an ice pack for your head, and an eye pillow if you’re light sensitive. There’s no talking once you are in the poses — just gentle guidance into stillness. My hope is that this practice can be a sanctuary when you need relief, softness, and permission to rest.

When these meridians are in balance, we feel ease, clarity, and emotional flexibility. However, when Qi stagnates, anger, frustration, and irritation can build up. This Yin Yoga practice supports emotional detox for spring, helping you release stuck emotions, restore flow, and soothe irritation. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) inquiry, we will explore anger and frustration, allowing them to be seen and gently transformed.
