“When you're tackling those limiting beliefs and you're tackling those deep inner things that you're trying to figure out, I think there's one, what kind of beliefs do I have that I want to instill in my kids? What do I want to keep you have to be aware of what those are. And then which ones do I want to work on and unpack and get better at so that they don't keep unraveling and continue and creating again, generations of the same stuff. And so it really just starts with the biggest thing is awareness and anything, and that's a lot of stuff with a lot, with business, all the stuff, it all starts with awareness, what is going on and how can we unpack it?” - Chaselynn Williams
