Joe has spent his entire career in the nonprofit sector, working from the perspective of seeing low-income communities struggle to make ends meet while showing remarkable work ethic and creativity. Over the years, he saw firsthand that these communities often had brilliant ideas for strengthening their neighborhoods but lacked the resources, systems, and support to turn those ideas into sustainable ventures.

Out of that experience, Joe began shaping a new approach: incubating ideas that not only create employment opportunities but also generate recurring revenue to reinvest in community development. This conviction launched his journey into social entrepreneurship.
