Fletch Wiley is a graduate of the University of North Texas, home of the One O’Clock Lab Band, and earned a graduate fellowship to Yale University. He has built a career working with diverse groups of artists, churches, theaters, ad agencies and record labels and has performed with luminary musical artists Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross and the Supremes, Doc Severinsen and Gladys Knight and the Pips. Joe has spent his entire career in the nonprofit sector, working from the perspective of seeing low-income communities struggle to make ends meet while showing remarkable work ethic and creativity. Over the years, he saw firsthand that these communities often had brilliant ideas for strengthening their neighborhoods but lacked the resources, systems, and support to turn those ideas into sustainable ventures.
