We get it. That competitive drive and the desire to play doesn't diminish just because we age. We still want to have fun, interact, push ourselves and feel the ecstasy of victory. Brandi Mitchell the founder of San Diego Soccer Women gets it too. She started San Diego Soccer Women a couple of years ago that aims to bring visibility to women playing soccer at older ages. She focuses on ages 30 all the way through 80 and beyond. Often times we think of soccer as  youth sport, but Brandi has found that there is plenty of room for more experienced players in the sport, not just in the San Diego area, but all around the world.

Jeff and Rosey also talk about some important symptoms of thyroid cancer that we should all be aware of.
