How will you take care of the gifts [relationships, money, possessions, responsibilities, influence, ect.] that God has given you?

You have to stop trying to prove that you're worthy, that you have something.

Get over trying to prove it; you already have it.

You have to maintain vision-even when reality makes it seem far out of sight.

You need to stop trying to gain acceptance from your fellow man.

You need to stop trying to make people envious of you-trying to prove that you're worthy of their acceptance.

You needs God's acceptance alone and He's already accepted you.

It doesn't matter what others say or think--you can't be moved by praise or criticism.

If you want to pass the tests on the way to your next promotion, you must use what you have, with all you have, with excellence.
