Solo episode sharing the biggest lessons I learned when I started working from home. I remember my first week of working from home was a complete shit show. I stayed in my pajamas, worked from my couch, my bed, my kitchen counter, did laundry, mowed the lawn between client calls, skipped lunch (because #norules), dusted and swept the entire hours when I wanted to... yeah a complete multi-tasked shit show.
I’ve had 8 clients this week transition their work to working at home tell me how they are feeling & I’ve got a feeling you are feeling the same way.
You are feeling unsure about how to manage time..
You are worried you won’t be productive..
You have your kids at home with you now...WTH
You feel you are going to eat more because you are at home..
You are experiencing some loneliness..
