As promised last week, today’s episode is all about cravings and how we can overcome them not just during the COVID-19 pandemic, but at any point in our lives as we deal with the daily stress and anxiety that comes our way. As we are all too aware, cravings are a fact of life, so today we’ll look at understanding the 5 main ‘cravings culprits’ while also exploring some measures you can implement to manage them.
Addictive foods, dehydration, low protein foods, stress, and emotional eating are five of the main culprits, and they can be overcome if you first understand them and then counter with appropriate and effective strategies. You need to know that today’s show is not at all about shaming anyone or generating feelings of guilt, but rather it is meant to support you in making wise decisions, creating and maintaining good habits, and feeling your best as you continue your forward momentum. I can tell you that this is a topic which has come up an awful lot lately given our current circumstances, and I can assure you that the information and advice offered here today is as timeless as it is valuable.
Again, I know things are uncertain out there, and because of that I’m opening up enrollment for my membership community early. Now is the time to be in community with like-minded women, gain support as you navigate these challenging times and be reminded to continue to create goals for right now and the future. Email me to learn more about the membership community at [email protected] or go to www.kellytravis.net/thrive and submit your email address there. As always, please also let me know what you take away from this episode, and share with me your plan of action based upon what you have learned.
