What do you need for your membership at what stage?

This came from one of the members of the group wanting to know at what stage do you need what? I have made this really easy to follow PDF as well inside the Facebook group - Join the group here

I have broken this down into the stages: Build, Launch, Scale…

Build

Gather ideas: This is when you are just thinking about your membership, collect your ideas in somewhere like a notebook or Evernote.

Join groups in your niche: Join some groups in your niche on Facebook, Reddit etc… this will help build your knowledge of the market you want to go into.

Autoresponder: This is where you collect emails to build your list, a lot of the emailers like Active Campaign have a CRM system built in as well

Website: A website! Then you can build a page to send people to collect emails, to create a blog, podcast etc…

Payment provider: You will need to an account with a payment provider to collect your payments, Stripe or Paypal are your best bets here and they can handle recurring payments!
