This episode is all about the Harmonic Triads!  The Harmonic Triads categorize types by their coping mechanisms for conflict and disappointment.  If you have ever been in any relationship of any sort then you are likely no stranger to conflict AND disappointment!!!

We talk all about the Positive Outlook triad (2,7,9 and newsflash, Kellie and Shiloh are in this one!!), the Competency Triad (1,3,5) and the Reactive Triad (4,6,8).  We talk about how all of our reactions, no matter the triad we are in, are coping mechanisms we've learned throughout our lifetime.  We give tips for each number to move toward growth and tips for the partners of those numbers to move through conflict with ease (or at least understanding).
