This film is about Grammaton Cleric First Class John Preston, who works in a dystopia for the Tetragrammaton Council of Libria, a totalitarian government that forces its citizens to take a mood suppressing drug daily. Grammaton Cleric John Preston is tasked by Vice-Counsel DuPont with murdering "sense offenders" using the Gun Kata™, invented by visionary writer/director Kurt Wimmer in his back yard, which is simultaneously the coolest and dumbest thing ever put to film. However, his partner Sean Bean leads him down a path of self-discovery where he learns that feeling things may kind of rule, actually. Is the gun a total weapon? Can ultra math nerd Grammaton Cleric John Preston do enough gun-fu statistical probabilities using his super badass modified dual Beretta 92FS pistols (with drop-in auto sears, crazy slide extensions, and goofy custom magazines) to take on the entire regime single-handedly?
