#27 How to go from Fight or Flight to Present & Aware

We focused our conversation on the parasympathetic system. When someone has experienced trauma they may be living in fight or flight mode constantly or in this state when triggered, that can then last for long, extended periods of time. It takes awareness, consciousness and intention to start to transition to the parasympathetic system. When we live from this space, our bodies can then start to heal themselves, we find peace and feel clarity in the mind and callings from the heart.
