On this episode of In Conversation, I am going to be talking to Carly Binger and Hayley Bennett about race and wellbeing.

I am incredibly grateful for both of them taking the time to talk to me about the intersection between race and wellbeing, intergenerational trauma, their experience of racism and how to do anti-racism work as white folk. 

Hayley Bennett is a multi-award-winning Diversity and Inclusion Consultant and equality campaigner. Hayley has been providing advice and consultancy to some of the world’s largest employers and global brands. She partners with businesses, sport organisations and charities to improve gender equality, race equality and wellbeing. Hayley is also the co founder of Nutmegs, a football community for women and non-binary people of colour.

Carly is a qualified and registered Drama and Movement Therapist, Corporate Wellbeing Consultant, Coach and Qualified Yoga Teacher. Registered as a Health and Care Professional since 2008 with the HCPC.

She brings with her a wealth of over 17 years experience in the wellbeing sector, including project management, consultancy and delivery of frontline mental health and clinical services in the business, charitable and educational sectors.

Her passion and dedication to wellbeing includes a demonstrable track record of managing a portfolio of businesses, bespoke design and delivery of wellbeing training programmes, project management and facilitation of coaching/therapy projects, line management and case management of clinical professionals.
