Limiting beliefs are the beliefs we decide to have in our mind that limit or restrict us in some way. This is what we tell ourselves we are not capable of. We all have them and received these limiting beliefs from family, friends, teachers and coaches. In this episode I outline and exercise to help weaken the limiting beliefs you have placed on yourself by making a decision and then finding evidence that supports that decision.
