#27 Meditation - Emotion Allowing

Join me for this meditation where we spend some time witnessing emotions present for us, how they feel in our body and creating an awareness surrounding emotions that is safe and nonjudgemental. As children, we learned how to avoid and deflect our feelings and many of us still do this as adults. This meditation walks you through feeling what shows up and simply allowing it to be present. This is often all we need to do to allow emotions to pass through us instead of getting stuck within us.
