In today's show I discuss one of the key dilemmas for those with a bit of spare cash in the bank. Do I pay down my mortgage or do I invest? This is a particularly important issue at the moment because it looks like inflation and interest rates are both likely to be on the rise.

I also explain NFT's or Non-Fungible Tokens. This is an area that is growing in popularity all the time, and whilst the current use case is kind of stupid, I think it's going to become a lot more mainstream in the coming years.
