Ritu Hagan is an engineer by trade, and she is drawn to data driven information when it comes to evaluating success.
In the spring of 2020, when the US was gripped by the Coronavirus Crisis, she played an instrumental role in Project Mask WS, a grassroots effort that created over 120,000 masks for front line responders in the pandemic.
Since then, she has applied her efforts to creating a business that serves to provide the community with high quality, handmade masks, while also providing a source of employment and income for employees affected by the 2020 economy. Masks for Love, her company, has grown to employ 9 people since June of this year.
