Purple Squirrels, Unicorns and Kitchen Sinks...OH MY. The Cute But Psycho Recruiter, Daava Mills of The Mills Group, joins us on the Second Biggest Podcast in the Pacific Northwest for this live interview at Ben's Bottle Shop.
Daava calls on business owners to update their antiquated recruiting processes, to take the ball, go on the offensive and put candidates in control in order to hire the right person in the most efficient manner.
Trying this LIVE podcasting thing again, we're definitely starting to get it down. And as with any good live event, we started with a singing of the national anthem led by Co-Host Ben's daughter and her best friend. It's our best effort yet from a sound and audio standpoint.
