Todays solo episode is different from our regular episodes - it's not strictly chronic illness focused. As I ring in another year on this Earth, I felt called to reflect on things that I have learned and things I would tell my 17 year old self. 27 feels weird. When I think back to my 17 year old self, I remember how adult 27 sounded... I mean I am an adult but i'm still in the beginnings of my adult life. I've learned a lot but I still have SO much to learn and I think that's the beauty of living.
