Description: Tenure and Promotions

This session will focus on aspects of the tenure and promotion (T&P) process. We will discuss how to prepare for a tenure review, the nuances of different tenure requirements at different universities, what to think of for full-professor applications and will include insights from administrators on what makes a good T&P application. We will also discuss what goes into a good tenure letter when you are asked to write one for a colleague.
