Toxins cause a lot of inflammation in your body so you want to minimize toxins as much as possible.

To reduce toxins, you want to:

  1. Eliminate toxins in your body and support your liver
  2. I use functional lab tests to find out what toxins are in your body. Pathogens in your gut such as a parasite or bacteria overgrowth release many toxins. Heavy metals are toxic, too.
