Meditation and hypnosis were definitely the no. 1 thing that helped me overcome anxiety, panic attacks and chronic psychosomatic health problems, during times when I was just worried about everything and anything. Now I use it to increase creativity, abundance and connection to the divine in my own life. I meditate or listen to hypnosis daily. It is how I start my day before I open my phone and start ‘reacting to the world’. This is a great way to drop back into your heart instead of being stuck in your head.
