Everything that happens—yes, even the chaotic or uncomfortable moments—is part of life’s greater unfolding. I’ve come to see that life is always happening for us, not to us.

The clarity I receive in challenging moments comes much quicker these days. When I take a step back and observe from a higher perspective, I notice how much easier it is to navigate the human experience with grace and curiosity.
