In this episode of the podcast, I explore the idea of taking space—and how, sometimes, that's all we truly need. The simple, yet powerful act of allowing ourselves to just be—to take up space in our own lives, in our own world—without the need to do, fix, or achieve anything.
Do you allow yourself to take space?Do you make space for you—first and foremost—in your own life?Do you love yourself first?
In this episode, I share a surprising and powerful message I received straight from the universe—delivered through none other than an ant invasion. It’s a funny story now (though admittedly terrifying in the moment), and as always, it was divinely guided.
I talk about my ongoing journey here on Earth, especially my time at Pachamama Eco Village, where I'm still living and learning every day. Everything that happens—yes, even the chaotic or uncomfortable moments—is part of life’s greater unfolding. I’ve come to see that life is always happening for us, not to us.
The clarity I receive in challenging moments comes much quicker these days. When I take a step back and observe from a higher perspective, I notice how much easier it is to navigate the human experience with grace and curiosity.
So I invite you to reflect with me: Is there a difficult or challenging moment you're currently moving through? How might it be guiding you toward something you truly need? Something more aligned… more alive?
In this episode of the podcast, I talk about the truth that the natural energies and forces of the universe are always in motion. We are all divinely connected to this flow, and it’s not for us to control it, no matter how that may appear in your life. I share my own realizations about the profound internal shifts happening—not just within me, but within all of us. Often, we fail to give ourselves enough credit for what we’re experiencing here on Earth.
This is an invitation for you to pause and reflect—ask yourself: What has changed for me? What has stayed the same? Take a moment to really feel how far you've come on your journey.
Is life truly only about what we can see on the surface? Life is so much more than that—it’s the unseen, the unspoken, the energies moving beneath it all. These forces are constantly shifting, whether or not we can perceive them with our eyes or fully grasp them with our minds.
So, how can you surrender more to the natural flow of life? How would it feel to embrace the role of the fairy in your own fairy tale?
In this episode of the podcast, I take you through my journey of attending my first workshop here at Pachamama Eco Village in Costa Rica, where I’m currently living in community. I dive into the reasons behind water fasting, its potential benefits, and share my personal experience—how each day unfolded, and the reflections that followed after the fast. Have you ever tried water fasting?
In this episode, I’m diving deep into my inner world, processing the energy and emotions of this moment. I reflect on my journey of living in a community, navigating the balance between fitting in, being alone, and realizing that the real work has always been an inner process. Do you find yourself trying to fit in? Are you truly comfortable being alone?
In this episode, I dive into the flow of this podcast, and the reflection to my life’s journey . I also share one of the best decisions I've ever made—for myself, my life, my family, and everyone around me: leaving my hometown. This episode is an invitation for you to consider whether it’s time for a change in your own life, or perhaps it will plant the seed for you to take that step and leave your hometown, however that may look for you of course.
In this episode, I share an update on where I am in my journey, including my return to Pachamama Eco Village. I then delve into a meaningful reflection on a crab I observed while at the beach in Nosara during my time away from the community. I was captivated by the way this crab simply existed—resting, moving through the world, and being without resistance. There was such a profound sense of ease in its energy, reminding me of the beauty in just living and being, without forcing anything. It’s a powerful lesson in surrender and the art of being present.
In this episode, I’m whispering through a sacred moment, sharing the quiet energy of my experience at the Pachamama Eco Village during the silent retreat. As always, I speak directly from my heart, offering a raw and intimate look at my journey—both in arriving here in Costa Rica and into this vibrant community. I reflect on the powerful realization that everything we encounter in life, every person we meet, and every experience we go through, is all part of the bigger picture. It’s all part of the journey. The key is to embrace it, surrender to it, and simply be present in it.
In this episode of the podcast, I’m speaking from the heart, from my new home, sharing a bit of my journey and the adventure that led me here. I reflect on the power of being present, taking things one step at a time, and trusting the guidance of something higher. It's about surrendering to the process, letting go of the pressure, and simply having faith in the next step. This episode is all about embracing the journey and taking it one step at a time—no matter how messy or uncertain it might feel.
In this episode of the podcast, I share an analogy inspired by something I've come to realize during my outdoor walks, and how it connects to life. Where in your life have you gotten too comfortable? What would it feel like to take off the tuque, to step out of your usual routine? I explore how we often fall into automatic patterns, and how breaking from them—even in small ways—can bring unexpected and refreshing rewards.
