Today I'm sharing a great discussion I had with Wendy Solomon about Dr. Joe Dispenza’a book, Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself.  Wendy is experiencing great success with her DreamBuilding practice and I think you will really enjoy her insights about the book.

I often recommend this book because it explains Quantum Physics in a way that the average person can understand and it validates that The Law of Attraction really works and why. 

Understanding the Science behind DreamBuilding builds your confidence in your ability to affect your reality.  Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself is essentially what the DreamBuilder practices are all about.  You change your thinking and that’s how you change your life.  And and you discover that the greatest gift of realizing your dreams is who you become in the process.
